Client Perspectives

I was extremely impressed with Stephen facilitating the alarm rationalization. I’ve personally felt at odds when these rationalizations have taken place internally with a number of competing interest and points of view. He did a great job of setting expectations, making sure conclusions were in line with corporate guidance and providing the energy needed to get through such an important element of operations excellence.

Process Engineer

Since this alarm rationalization, we’ve got the best alarm metrics we’ve ever had.

Unit Coordinator

There are more things to alarm us than to harm us, and we suffer more often in apprehension than reality.
